Customer Support Representative

Russell Tobin/Pride Global is hiring several professional and motivated Customer Support Representatives to join our client's team at a leading financial institution in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will support clients by handling incoming phone calls related to a variety of service inquiries on Brokerage accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering world-class service. Position is a 6-month contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate.

Pay: $19.17 per hour 

Location: Working on-site in Columbus, OH. 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

About the Role

Russell Tobin/Pride Global is seeking Client Support Service Professionals to join our financial client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries on Brokerage accounts. You’ll provide accurate and efficient responses while consistently meeting key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and precision.
  • Support functional areas including: 
    • Brokerage Cash Management products and services
    • Brokerage Online (client website) and Mobile app
    • General account or financial-related inquiries
  • Deliver world-class service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Adapt quickly to changes and multitask effectively.

Qualifications

Candidates should meet one of the following criteria:

  • Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications
  • Candidates with an Associate degree and experience in a customer service environment
