As a Project Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of our Employee Experience and Customer Solution Lines. This isn’t just about numbers—it’s about partnering with operational and finance leaders to analyze project profitability, forecast trends, and provide insights that drive business decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead financial tracking, reporting, and performance analysis for client projects.
- Conduct budget-to-actual reviews, revenue trending, and profitability forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver accurate, timely financial insights.
- Support specialized corporate accounting functions and help advance automation initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 3+ years of relevant experience (project-based or client-service environments a plus).
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and strong knowledge of accounting systems; solid understanding of U.S. GAAP (IFRS exposure a plus).
- Mindset & Abilities: Analytical thinker who communicates clearly, learns quickly, and works independently with a proactive approach.
- Collaboration: Ability to build rapport across teams and contribute as a hands-on team player.
- Professionalism: Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
