Sales Representative – EyeBuild

 📍 Location: 2211 W 1st St Ste B105, Tempe AZ 85281 (In-person)
⏳ Duration: Starting 10/31/2025
⏰ Hours per Week: Part-Time, 20 hrs/week
💰 Compensation: Training provided. Upon successful completion, earn $1,000/month + commissions.

We're seeking driven, people-oriented Sales Representatives (Internship) ready to hit the field, meet clients in person, and make real money while gaining valuable B2B experience in a high-demand industry.

 

Position Overview

As a Sales Intern, you’ll play a key role in growing our client base by visiting construction sites, pitching our product directly to contractors, and closing sales that generate commissions. You’ll learn how to identify prospects, manage a pipeline, and close deals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

⚠️ NOTE: Interns must be willing and able to drive to construction sites across the Valley, introduce themselves to project managers and superintendents, and follow up professionally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face interactions and wants to grow their sales skills through real-world exposure.

 

Learning Objectives

By the end of this internship, you will:
✅ Learn how to identify and qualify leads in the construction/security industry
✅ Gain hands-on experience in territory-based, field-driven and cold-call-based sales
✅ Conduct in-person product pitches and client follow-ups
✅ Understand how to work with commission models and sales KPIs
✅ Learn how to manage a personal sales pipeline and CRM tools

Primary Responsibilities

🚪 Field Prospecting & Outreach – Proactively visit construction sites, builder offices, and project managers in person to introduce EyeBuild’s surveillance solutions.

📞 Cold Calling & Follow-Ups – Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to decision-makers you meet on-site or identify through your own research.

📋 Pipeline Tracking – Diligently log new leads, notes from in-person visits, call outcomes, and prospect status updates into our CRM system to manage your active pipeline.

🎥 On-Site Demonstrations – Deliver quick on-the-spot product pitches and schedule full product demos with interested prospects when needed.

📝 Quote and Proposal Assistance – Help prepare basic pricing proposals or service agreements for prospects you’ve qualified.

🤝 Relationship Building – Build trust with contractors, superintendents, and project managers through consistent, friendly follow-ups and relationship management.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 🔹 Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions
🔹 Self-starter with a drive to exceed sales targets
🔹 Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking)
🔹 Organized and proficient with tracking and reporting sales activities

 

Desired Qualifications

 🌟 Previous sales or customer service experience 
🌟 Currently enrolled in a Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communications program
🌟 Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
🌟 Interest in construction, real estate, or security technology
