Marketing Intern
The Marketing Intern will support the creation of digital content across multiple social platforms. Using the Beltway Lending Brand Guide, the intern will create basic social media graphics, help research current marketing and industry trends, and assist with writing short-form copy for posts. Ideal candidates are familiar with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, comfortable following brand standards, capable of clear written communication, and interested in social media, design, or marketing. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly are essential.
This internship provides hands-on experience in branding, visual design, content strategy, KPI-driven marketing, and real estate industry messaging. Interns will gain practical skills in trend analysis, content creation, and platform-specific communication while contributing directly to active marketing initiatives. The intern will work directly with the Marketing Director, receive ongoing mentorship and feedback, and follow structured learning objectives throughout the semester to ensure a meaningful, professional, and educational experience.
