1: Sales Mastery & Foundation
● Learn to quote, present, and close auto, home, life, and health insurance products
● Develop consultative selling skills and objection-handling techniques
● Build strong daily activity and production habits
● Master State Farm systems, processes, and customer experience standards ● Meet and exceed defined sales and performance goals
Year 2: Business Acumen & Licensing
● Learn agency financials, operational metrics, and business fundamentals
● Develop leadership, communication, and team management skills
● Begin studying for and obtaining required securities licenses
● Continue sales production while expanding strategic responsibilities
Year 3: Leadership, Strategy & Agency Interview Process

● Participate in the State Farm agency interview and selection process
