Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring exceptional wireless services and satisfaction
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities to drive increase wireless awareness and sales growth
  • Develop customized solutions and personalize service presentations to educate customers on services they are searching for
  • Negotiate contracts, upgrades, and promotions providing strategic recommendations and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed account records of customer interactions and sales orders for follow ups and tracking
  • Stay informed on wireless trends to enhance repeat customers and future referrals

Entry Level Assistant Manager Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience in account management, sales, customer service or an associate role
  • A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced business environment
  • Prior sales or business development experience is a also plus but not required
