Senior Scientist Formulation

Position Title: Senior Scientist of Formulation Department

Location: Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, China

Language: Chinese and English

Job Responsibilities

1. As the Project Leader, be responsible for initiating and implementing the product development plan, coordinating the internal project teams, connecting with domestic and international clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
2. Guide lab-scale formulation development, process scale-up research, and GMP production.
3. Be responsible for writing related documentation, e.g., R&D protocols, reports and CMC dossier.
4. Participate in departmental technical management, including exploring cutting-edge technologies, providing technical guidance and training, and mentoring new employees, etc.

Job Requirements

1. PhD degree, or outstanding Master's degree holder. 
2. Excellent learning, comprehension and logical thinking abilities, with high enthusiasm for formulation R&D, and commitment to pursuing it as a long-term career path.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong sense of teamwork.
4. Excellent communication skills, including verbal expression (such as meeting speeches, presentations, etc.) and informal and formal writing abilities (such as project updates, reports, etc.)
5. Proficient in oral English communication, capable of skillfully searching for English literature and writing reports.
6. Be realistic, meticulous, thorough, striving for excellence, and be optimistic and resilient.
7. Strong time management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
