Position Overview
The Dallas Bulls are seeking Kinesiology / Exercise Science Interns to support player performance, conditioning, and recovery initiatives. Interns will work alongside coaching, performance, and medical staff to help optimize athlete readiness and physical performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with strength, conditioning, and mobility programs
Support warm-ups, cool-downs, and recovery sessions
Help monitor workload, movement patterns, and performance data
Assist with injury-prevention and corrective exercise programming
Support nutrition, hydration, and recovery education initiatives
Participate in practice and game-day performance operations
Maintain performance tracking logs and reports
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related program
Strong interest in sports performance, biomechanics, or athlete development
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong organizational and communication skills
Learning Outcomes
Real-world application of kinesiology and exercise science principles
Exposure to professional athlete performance environments
Experience collaborating with coaches, trainers, and operations staff
Development of data tracking and performance analysis skills
