Private Equity Marketing Intern

Marketing Intern – Digital Marketing

Firm: Roebling Capital Partners
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Compensation: $15/hour
Duration: Part-Time (Flexible), looking for January 1st 2026 Start Date (effectively immediate start)

 

Roebling Capital Partners is a lower-middle-market private equity firm that partners with founder-owned and entrepreneur-led businesses across a range of industries. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support digital marketing initiatives across multiple portfolio companies. This role provides hands-on exposure to real operating businesses and the opportunity to work closely with both investment and portfolio-company leadership.

Responsibilities:

Support execution of digital marketing campaigns across portfolio companies (web, email, paid media, social, SEO)

Assist with content creation (website copy, email campaigns, social posts, basic graphics)

Help manage and optimize paid digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, CAC, ROI)

Conduct competitive and market research to inform positioning and messaging

Support website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO improvements

Collaborate with portfolio-company operators, agency partners, and internal deal teams

Qualifications:

Prior internship or work experience in digital marketing required

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field (Business, Communications, Analytics, etc.)

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email platforms, CMS tools, etc.)

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to manage multiple projects across different businesses

Self-starter with interest in private equity, operating companies, and value creation
