The Fusion Collective is a revolutionary force forging collective artistry by igniting creative freedom, cultivating participatory culture, and redefining what performance and artistic engagement can be. We are a multidimensional community championing collaboration, experimentation, and shared creative experiences. Our ecosystem provides artists with financial support, professional development, collaborative opportunities, and platforms to innovate, connect, and grow while inviting audiences and community members to actively participate in shaping the work and the experience.

From large-scale performances and immersive presentations to multidisciplinary collaborations, commissions, screenings, workshops, fellowships, and community gatherings, our events reflect the full spectrum of artistic expression. The Fusion Collective brings together exceptional artists from New York City and beyond, creating a meeting point at the edge of what’s possible as we forge a new path — together.

About The Internship Program

We're looking for folks with bold ideas, big hearts, and a hunger for exploration and discovery to continue the work we started in Fall 2025 semester as we continue building our pilot season. Interns will work closely with our founder and collaborating producers and artists on real projects, shaping live performances, building marketing campaigns, securing sponsorships and partnerships, curating community events, creating content, and working on special projects, all while developing skills in leadership, collaboration, and creative entrepreneurship.

Internship Tracks

There are four positions available for the Spring 2026 internship. Working as a part of this team will provide numerous opportunities for collaboration and gaining exposure to skills and field-specific knowledge throughout the semester. Each intern will be matched to one of the following focus areas:

Production: support behind-the-scenes logistics for live shows, pop-up events, and creative collaborations; create and ensure adherence to budgets; lead communication with vendors, venues, and other outside collaborators.

Marketing: develop and adhere to a content calendar (with media intern); plan marketing campaigns; write copy for social media captions and monthly newsletters; develop audience engagement strategies.

Programs & Community: shape artist experiences, public engagement, and creative community-building initiatives; lead communication with collaborating artists.

Media: develop and adhere to a content calendar (with marketing intern); document live events; design graphics; edit photo/video content for social media posts; assist with digital archiving.
