Luxury Fashion Internship Program

Santa Fe Dry Goods is offering a summer internship for students interested in luxury fashion, retail operations, and brand development. This program provides hands-on experience across several areas of the business. Interns will rotate through three to four departments based on their interests and strengths.

Interns will have the opportunity to:
• Work behind the scenes with our buying team and learn how we evaluate designers
• Support sales on the floor and learn our client-focused approach
• Assist with merchandising and understand how we build the visual presentation of the season and debut new collections
• Participate in inventory management and product flow
• Contribute to marketing and social media projects across our brands

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively
• Interest in luxury retail, merchandising, or brand storytelling
