Campus Product Manager
Job Title: Campus Product Manager Intern (Flexible: Full-Time or Part-Time)
Who We Are: Sekai is building the TikTok for Mini-Apps. We are disrupting the app store model by letting anyone create interactive experiences—called "Jams"—without writing a single line of code.
The Scale: We aren’t a small student project. We have millions of users scrolling, playing, and creating every day. The insights you gather here won't just sit in a slide deck; they will impact a live product at massive scale.
The Role: This is a Junior Product Management role. You will bridge the gap between our engineering team and the campus reality. We need someone who can translate "vibe checks" into actual product specs.
What You’ll Do:
- Impact Actual Product Strategy: You aren't just observing; you are designing. Based on your insights, you will help design features that will actually be shipped to our global user base.
- Lead User Research: Conduct structured interviews with students to gather qualitative and quantitative data on how they interact socially.
- Synthesize Insights: Translate "this feels weird" into actionable product requirements (e.g., "We need to change the 'Jam' creation flow because students drop off at step 3").
- Define Use Cases: Map out specific social scenarios (e.g., "The Pre-Game," "The Study Break") where a Jam fits perfectly.
Who You Are:
- The "Organized Creative": You are just as comfortable looking at a spreadsheet as you are scrolling through TikTok.
- Curious & Analytical: You ask "Why?" constantly. You want to understand why an app goes viral, not just watch it happen.
- A Natural Leader: You are comfortable talking to strangers, organizing feedback sessions, and presenting your findings clearly.
