We’re growing quickly and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our next stage of scale.
Role summary
As a Sales Development Representative at unitQ, you will be on the front lines of our go-to-market efforts. You’ll drive top-of-funnel pipeline by executing high-quality outbound outreach, engaging prospective customers across Product, Engineering, CX, and Support teams, and partnering closely with Account Executives to book qualified first meetings.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career professional looking to break into enterprise SaaS sales, work with a highly collaborative GTM team, and grow into roles across sales or revenue.
What you’ll do
- Develop new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, and LinkedIn)
- Conduct account and contact research; add new prospects into sequences daily
- Craft relevant, personalized outreach messages rooted in prospect needs
- Partner with AEs to align on target accounts, prioritize outreach, and ensure high-quality handoffs
- Follow up quickly on inbound leads, events, and webinar attendees
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene — log all touches, next steps, and dispositions
- Consistently hit and exceed activity targets and monthly meeting goals
- Contribute ideas to strengthen messaging, sequences, and GTM programs
What we’re looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with high-activity outbound work
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Coachable with a growth mindset — open to feedback and fast iteration
- Resilient, persistent, and motivated to exceed goals
- Interest in SaaS, AI, product development, or customer experience
- Ability to work from our San Francisco office
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we value drive, curiosity, and potential.
