Roofing Outside Sales Representative

Location: Searching for Representatives in two locations: Saginaw, MI and Harbor Springs, Michigan

Compensation:

100% Commission-based with an average earning potential of $80,000 - $240,000 per year.

Weekly draw against commission bank as a W-2 employee.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and measure residential and commercial buildings to create accurate project proposals and material lists.
  • Develop proposals and deliver digital presentations, highlighting our unique selling points to the property owner.
  • Follow up on unsold proposals, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Meet key performance indicators such as sales targets and closing percentages.
  • Daily travel required, but no overnights.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to climb ladders, work on steep slope roofs, and withstand various weather conditions.
  • Roofing experience preferred; construction industry experience considered.
  • Previous outside sales experience preferred.
  • Motivated with strong closing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to customer service, honesty, and integrity.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
