Entry-Level Sales Manager

Crush City Innovations is hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Managers at our Houston office. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a foundation in sales, leadership, and management development.

What You’ll Do:

As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you will receive hands-on training while supporting sales initiatives and learning the fundamentals of team leadership and business operations.

• Represent client brands through in-person sales and customer engagement
• Execute local marketing and promotional campaigns
• Learn and apply consultative sales strategies to drive results
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training, leadership development, and coaching
• Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members
• Track customer interactions and performance metrics
• Contribute ideas during team meetings and strategy sessions
• Maintain a professional, positive presence when interacting with clients and customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be based in or able to commute to Houston, TX (on-site role)
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply (no prior management experience required)
