Entry-Level IT Technician

We’re seeking a motivated Entry-Level IT Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in IT support and grow into advanced technical roles. Initial duties will consist of dispatching and Tier 1 service support, in-shop IT hardware/software troubleshooting and repairs, new system preparations, and assisting in the maintenance of client systems under the guidance of senior technicians.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, remote support tools, and basic cybersecurity practices, and well as previous experience in a helpdesk or customer service role, is beneficial but not a requirement. This is a client-facing position, so candidates must be willing and comfortable dealing with customer relations and client outreach.
