What You’ll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to drive interest and book meetings.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear criteria aligned to our ICP.
- Book consistent Sales Qualified Meetings (SQLs) with engineers, managers, and executives.
- Log and manage all outreach, prospects, and pipeline activity in HubSpot.
- Partner with Account Executives for smooth handoffs and follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and targeting.
Who You Are
- SDR/BDR experience in B2B tech or software (startup experience a plus).
- Strong communication skills and confident on the phone, sharp in writing, and effective with technical audiences.
- Comfort with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Curious, coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to grow into a quota-carrying role.
- Interest in or existing knowledge of the manufacturing industry, mechanical systems, or industrial technology.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently hits outreach and meeting targets.
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $60,000 + Commission + Equity

- This role is fully in-person at our NYC office.
