Additional Details:

SCI believes that in order to be a great Project Engineer, our interns must learn the trades of the field as well as those of the office. Interns will learn why Project Engineers make the decisions that they do based off of their experience being in the field. This is why our interns will spend time working on grade crews, pipe crews, and bridge crews before they spend time in the office with tenured Project Engineers and Project Managers.

Our goal is to create well-rounded individuals who can build relationships with those in the field and office, but who also understand what it’s like to be involved with all aspects of the construction process, not just the paperwork. We want our interns to gain an appreciation for the physical conditions that all our workers face on a day-to-day basis.
