Marketing Coordinator

Brandhopper Digital — a fast-growing ecommerce marketing agency — is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator who wants to build a career in digital marketing, content, and brand partnerships.

You’ll help support both:

🎯 Brandhopper Digital

We work with early-stage and scaling Shopify brands nationwide to grow through paid ads, Shopify optimization, email marketing, CRO, and creative strategy.

🎬 Sketch Commerce Live

Our comedy-driven content division producing sketch videos, short-form ads, and brand collaborations featuring recurring comedy characters.

You love marketing, content creation, and learning how brands grow.

You’re organized and proactive — the kind of person who gets things done early.

You enjoy social media, scripting ideas, researching trends, and coordinating projects.

You have strong writing skills and can follow brand voice guidelines.

You want to grow quickly in a small, ambitious team where your work actually matters.

You want real ownership and exposure to marketing strategy — not “busy work.”

🔥 What You’ll Work On

Brandhopper Digital

Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn

Prepare outreach lists and send daily connection requests to founders/executives.

Assist with the Shopify Happy Hour podcast: clip selection, descriptions, publishing.

Research potential podcast guests and prepare brief summaries before recordings.

Assist with lead-gen systems, list building, and light marketing operations.

Support the team with other items related to content creation, client acquisition, business development, and partnership opportunities 

Sketch Commerce Live

Build lists of target brands, businesses and influencers for comedic collaborations.

Send outreach messages and track replies + warm leads.

Help script short comedic hooks and brand concepts.

Assist during content shoots with planning, logistics, and post-production organization.

🧠 Skills & Experience (What We’re Looking For)

You don’t need to know everything — we will train you. But you should have:

Strong writing and communication skills

Familiarity with social platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, LinkedIn)

Interest in marketing, content creation, ecommerce, and/or comedy

Research and organization skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

A positive attitude and willingness to grow fast

Bonus points if you’ve worked with:

 - Canva

 - Google Sheets and Docs

 - Later (or another scheduling platform)

 - Influencer outreach platforms

 - Video editing (basic)

🏢 Work Environment

Hybrid role: in-office at Common Desk (downtown Wilmington) with some flexibility for working from home, once fully trained

Work closely with the CEO, account management team and content production team.

Full-time, W2 position

Competitive salary based on experience

Room for rapid growth into a Marketing Manager or Partnerships role in 12–18 months, pending performance.
