About the Role

As a Retail Advisor, you will support customers in-store by offering product information, answering questions, and helping them find the right solutions for their needs. You’ll contribute to overall store performance through strong customer service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to every customer

Learn and maintain knowledge of our products and services

Assist customers with personalised recommendations based on their needs
