Inside Sales Executive

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (Full-Time, Onsite)
Location: Southside of Jacksonville, FL

About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth and an expanding customer base, we are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive with 1–5 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, enjoys building relationships, and is naturally organized and proactive. You will manage a high-volume portfolio of 100+ existing accounts, ensuring exceptional service, timely responses, and consistent follow-through.

 

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Communication

  • Manage and support 100+ active client accounts with professionalism and urgency.
  • Communicate with clients daily via phone, email, and video meetings.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for additional engagement or growth.

Sales Support & Growth Activities

  • Process catalog request forms, validate inquiries, and convert qualified leads into new clients.
  • Assist with coordinating quotes, orders, sample requests, and follow-ups.
  • Support senior sales staff with account research, data entry, and project coordination.

Showroom & Product Maintenance

  • Maintain the showroom to ensure all displays, samples, and products are organized, updated, and in excellent condition.
  • Monitor stock, replace outdated or worn materials, and prepare the showroom for client visits.

 

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Excel: Ability to use formatting, basic formulas, and XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP functions.
  • PowerPoint: Create, update, and format presentations for client meetings.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, online product portals, and virtual meeting platforms.

 

Training & Ramp-Up

  • 2–3 month training program that includes hands-on learning and shadowing senior team members.
  • Gradually transition from training into independent account ownership.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years of inside sales, account management, customer service, or similar experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

 

Interview Process

  1. 1st Round: Teams interview with Director of Sales & Marketing
  2. 2nd & 3rd Rounds: Follow-up interviews with leadership or team members
  3. Final selection and offer
