Social Media Manager (Intern-Hire)
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute weekly social media content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Threads, etc.)
• Capture and edit short-form videos, photos, and behind-the-scenes content during shows.
• Build branded assets for announcements, flyers, event features, and promotional campaigns.
• Write engaging captions and hook-driven copy aligned with the club’s comedic tone and brand identity.
• Increase follower growth, reach, and engagement across all platforms.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions in the club’s voice.
• Collaborate with comedians, staff, and talent buyers to promote lineups, special guests, and upcoming events.
• Manage collaborations, and influencer partnerships
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).
• Provide weekly reports and recommend adjustments to improve content performance.
• Stay current with platform trends, memes, audio trends, and algorithm shifts.
• Attend select shows to capture live content and real-time moments.
• Coordinate with photography/videography teams when needed.
• Assist with onsite activations, meet-and-greets, or promotional booths.
Qualifications
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands, nightlife venues, entertainers, or creators.
• Strong ability to shoot and edit short-form content (CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools).
• Excellent copywriting and comedic instincts
• Familiar with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work nights/weekends (as needed for events)
• Bonus: experience in comedy, entertainment, hospitality, or live event marketing.
