Role Description
This is a Part-time on-site role for a Producer located in Chicago, IL.
The Producer will be responsible you will be responsible for prospecting, networking, and closing sales with business owners and key decision-makers. They will be involved in client meetings, policy and contract documentation, risk assessment, and ensuring that all activities are compliant with industry regulations. Producers will work closely with the servicing and underwriting teams.
- Identify and prospect small-to-mid-size business owners across industries.
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and ongoing service.
- Network through community events, associations, and referrals to generate new opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales production goals with a focus on new business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong willingness to learn of policy and contract documentation and risk assessment
- Excellent client relationship management and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
- Insurance license (Life & Health, P&C) preferred or ability to obtain in 90 days.
- Not Required: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
- Previous sales experience (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skill
