College Intern – HR, Marketing & Operations Engineering
20 Hours/Week | $400/Month Stipend | Remote | ProMed Health Plus
ProMed Health Plus is a fast-growing healthcare and biotech company innovating in advanced wound care, provider systems, and national operations. We are seeking a high-performing college intern to help engineer internal growth structure, support HR, and contribute to our marketing and advertising initiatives.
This role works directly with the Executive Assistant and executive leadership team, gaining exposure to real operational strategy and the inner workings of a scaling health-tech company.
About the Role
This internship is ideal for a driven student studying Business, HR, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Operations, or Organizational Leadership who wants real responsibility—not busywork.
You will help build internal infrastructure, streamline processes, support HR, improve communication systems, and assist with marketing content and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Structure & Operations Engineering
Help design and improve organizational workflows and internal processes.
Support development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across teams.
Assist with project tracking, team coordination, and cross-department alignment.
Work closely with leadership to enhance internal communication and efficiency.
2. HR Support
Assist with onboarding, W-2 setup, internal forms, and compliance documentation.
Help maintain HR files, intern/employee tracking, and hiring pipelines.
Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and support onboarding sessions.
3. Marketing & Advertising Support
Assist in developing campaigns targeting physicians, providers, and partners.
Help create digital content (social posts, simple graphics, outreach templates).
Support marketing research and market segmentation tasks.
Work with the Executive Assistant on brand alignment and messaging.
4. Executive Team Support
Attend select leadership meetings to take notes and follow up on action items.
Help prepare company documents, decks, and internal communications.
Assist in building the infrastructure needed for ProMed’s growth into 2025–2026.
What We’re Looking For
A motivated college student with strong organizational and communication skills.
Someone who can think structurally and enjoys solving operational problems.
Interest in HR, operations, marketing, or healthcare business.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week.
