What You’ll Do
You’ll help define how a fast-growing startup tells its story. Your work won’t sit in a folder—it will ship, be seen, and matter.
- Create marketing content across web, social, email, and video
- Support product launches and customer communications
- Help refine brand positioning for public safety and defense audiences
- Assist with pitch decks, event marketing, and sales materials
- Research emerging markets (sports venues, city agencies, tactical units)
- Strengthen Ripple Two’s university presence and early-talent brand
- Work directly with founders on messaging and go-to-market strategy

Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need experience in public safety or defense, just curiosity and drive.
- Strong communicator who enjoys writing, storytelling, or visual design
- Creative problem solver who brings new ideas, not just tasks completed
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-directed and excited to own projects end-to-end
- Bonus skills (not required): video editing, market research, social strategy
