In-Bound Sales Intern
Job description
As an In-bound Sales Intern you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries and calls, converting them into sales opportunities, while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. You will engage with customers via phone and email, providing product information, answering questions, and guiding them through the entire process. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, and have exceptional customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Customer service or customer facing experience: 6 months
- Sales: 6 Months (Preferred)
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
- Detail oriented – verifies important details.
- Effective listening – build understanding of customer’s needs through active listening.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated, positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service both online, over the phone and in person.
- Manage in-bound calls, build rapport, and convert inquiries to customers.
- Create and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and build our client list.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of products and services.
- Effectively provide information on products and services based on client’s needs.
- Follow up with leads to convert to sales.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
