Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales materials.
Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to B2B clients.
Maintain accurate client records, pricing information, and product catalogs in the CRM system.
Respond to client inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and accuracy.
Support sales reporting, preparing weekly and monthly sales summaries for management.
Answer phone calls for queries or for problem solving
Coordinate internal communication between sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist with trade show preparation, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials as needed.
Identify process improvements to streamline administrative and sales operations.
