TLC Nursing Associates is a nationwide healthcare staffing agency focused on connecting nurses and healthcare professionals with quality employment opportunities. We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing and recruitment outreach efforts.
Role Overview
The Marketing Intern will assist with social media, content creation, digital marketing, and branding projects that help grow our presence in the healthcare staffing industry. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while building your marketing portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Assist with content development: blogs, graphics, newsletters, email campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Help optimize job postings and marketing materials
- Update website content and assist with SEO projects
- Monitor marketing metrics and prepare basic reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support recruitment and branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with social media platforms and content tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, analytics, email platforms) helpful
- Creative, organized, and willing to learn
- Interest in healthcare or staffing is a plus
