Editorial and Marketing Internship
SPRING SEMESTER PAID INTERNSHIP
We are looking for an editorial assistant / marketing coordinator to work as an intern for the upcoming 2026 spring semester at Risk360 Media LLC. We are a small digital media company that runs advertiser supported websites in the risk management areas of Internal audit and corporate compliance.
It will largely be a remote position, but being based in the Boston area, we prefer someone local for occasional in-person “check-ins.”
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Risk360 Media’s Assistant Editor / Marketing Coordinator internship will be involved in a wide array of tasks, which may include research and writing, editing, email newsletter creation, sponsorship and ad management, social media editorial promotion, event planning, multimedia, and design. The key focus of this role will be assisting with content creation, distribution, and audience growth. You will gain experience in nearly all aspects of digital media and web publishing. Strong writing and editing skills, communication skills, and web publishing knowledge a must.
The role will involve:
- Writing articles, web teasers, and email newsletter copy
- Working on email newsletters weekly
- Formatting articles in our CMS and copy editing them
- Managing advertising campaigns and fulfilling sponsorship commitments
- Acquiring photos and other art from companies or online archives
- Assisting with other editorial content, including research reports, videos, podcasts, and more
TIME:
Flexible, but looking for 20 hours a week.
PAY:
$15 to $20 an hour, based on experience and fit.
