Shopper Insights & Analytics Summer Intern – Stamford, CT or Richmond, VA

Our 10-week summer internship program provides an opportunity to gain new skills at an organization transforming the industry.  Interns support projects that deliver real impact and provide real value to our organization. As an intern, you can expect to participate in various professional development and networking activities throughout the summer.    

The anticipated summer internship start date is June 1, 2026.    

Your ‘Day To Day’ 

 

Shopper Insights & Analytics intern will gain practical hands-on experience with industry leading analytical tools and technologies.  This role requires a strategic thinker who is curious and passionate about landing clear, actionable insights into commercial action. Candidates should be familiar with fundamental research methodologies, tools, and techniques and we will help you apply these to answer key business questions. 

  • Support work streams supporting growth strategies across our categories.  
  • Demonstrate actionable curiosity.  Identify and nurture emerging trends, technologies, and insights to create competitive advantages, and critically, apply them to business questions.    
  • Learn and integrate multiple data streams to create a cohesive narrative utilizing retailer POS data, household panel, and internal research measures. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a culture of innovative thinking within the organization.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, Consumer Insights and Advanced Analytics to bring innovative retail strategies to life.  
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, ensuring business applications drive commercial growth. 
     
     

Who We’re Looking For 

 

  • Fluent in English 
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. 
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree Business, Analytics, Economics or similar field during the 2025-2026 school year AND returning to the program after completion of the internship 
  • Commutable distance to Stamford, CT or Richmond, VA. 
  • Must have a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.  
  • Ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable business recommendations.  
  • High propensity for curiosity and collaboration. 
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Hourly Salary: $25-$32/Hour
