Job Description
This role is ideal for an emerging communications professional with a strong combination of creativity, project management abilities, and exceptional writing skills.
As a key contributor, you will support the development and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns that elevate our purpose-driven culture, strengthen employee engagement, and attract top talent to our internship programs. You will collaborate with team members across regions and time zones, gaining hands-on experience working in a global corporate environment.
The internship offers broad exposure to internal communications, digital strategy, campaign development, and enterprise-wide initiatives. You will have the flexibility to work from home or onsite at our Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns, including digital, social, experiential, and internal communication initiatives.
- Assist in creating compelling content that elevates our people, culture, and employer brand to attract top internship candidates to The RRS Group & Co.
- Contribute to high-visibility communication strategies and projects that enhance employee engagement and understanding of ongoing initiatives.
- Draft and edit content for internal platforms, Town Hall meetings, presentations, scripts, leadership messages, and employee recognition programs.
- Collaborate with the global communications team and regional partners to ensure message alignment across various markets and time zones.
- Support the development of communication collateral, including newsletters, digital assets, and multimedia content.
- Participate in campaign planning, timeline coordination, and project tracking to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Assist with reporting, data collection, and performance metrics to evaluate the impact of communication initiatives.
- Engage in creative brainstorming sessions to identify new formats, storytelling techniques, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an expected graduation date of December 2026.
- Academic focus in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, Branding, or a related discipline.
- Availability to participate in the internship program from June – August 2026.
- Ability to begin a full-time graduate role by June 2027.
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in corporate communications.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail, clarity, and consistency.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in emerging communication trends and digital storytelling.
- Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful, and adaptive mindset.
- Comfortable working within a global team structure and navigating time zone differences.
- Eligible to work remotely or on-site at Headquarters; international students are encouraged to apply.
