The Rogerson Marketing & Communications Intern will get:

Location: Rogerson Communities, 1 Florence Street, Roslindale, MA 02131 ; Duration: Spring 2026; Job Type: Paid Internship; Pay: $18 an hour
Position Overview:
This position will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's marketing and communications efforts. Specifically, the intern will be working on developing and implementing the organization’s content strategy to increase awareness and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy: The intern will work closely with the Director, Marketing & Communications and Writer/Editor to create a scalable content strategy for the organization.
2. Research: The intern will conduct research on competitors in the space, keyword research on content topic areas, and stay on top of, and report on, industry trends that impact content strategy
3. Content Creation: The intern will assist the team in creating written and/or visual content as it pertains to the implemented strategy.
4. Additional marketing & communications tasks as needed
Qualifications:
· Excellent writing skills
· Interest in marketing and communications
· Enrolled in, or recent graduate of, a college or university program in a related field
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent technical marketing skills
· Proficiency in Google products and WordPress
· Experience with marketing CRMs is a plus.
· Interest in gerontology/supporting older adults is a plus
