WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scale core channels: Grow organic traffic by 3-5x by scaling up our existing marketing channels (primarily SEO and performance marketing)
- Influencer and affiliate: Design and launch a more structured influencer and affiliate marketing strategy
- Experimentation engine: Set up a system for data-driven experimentation with new channels and new campaign ideas
- Messaging: Partner with founders and product team on crafting and testing new marketing messages to appeal to different segments and use cases
- Team and partners: Manage agencies and contractors; decide when to add additional team members or contractors as channels grow
Required Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally with a PLG or generative AI product
- Demonstrated success building and scaling marketing channels, with deep experience in SEO, performance marketing, or influencer marketing
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, especially while taking 0 to 1 projects from concept through production
- Creative instincts with data-driven decision mindset
- Experimentation mindset and comfort operating in an ambiguous environment
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with PLG marketing engines and repeatable growth loops
- Background in generative AI or SaaS products

- Top quartile salary and equity. Salary range: $180-220k
