Business Operations Lead at Plus AI
Plus AI helps consultants, sales teams, educators, and other professionals create and edit slides faster using AI inside PowerPoint and Google Slides. After raising $8 million in VC funding, we've built a profitable, high-growth business with industry-leading revenue per employee, serving tens of thousands of paying users at Fortune 500 companies, top consulting firms, and the world's best educational institutions.
As a Business Operations Lead at Plus, you'll be working directly with the founding team to accelerate growth across the company. You'll focus on identifying and prioritizing the highest-impact projects at Plus - from running new GTM experiments, to setting up analytics infrastructure, and strategic planning.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategic projects: Lead 0 to 1 initiatives across product, marketing, and operations to unlock new growth opportunities and build scalable internal processes.
- Template development: Partner with the product and engineering team to set up the process and systems to ship new Plus AI templates at scale.
- Go-to-market support: Work closely with enterprise partners and customers on new Plus AI deployments, from first meetings, to contracts, to onboarding, and initial setup. Turn this into a repeatable playbook with 30/60/90 day milestones.
- Marketing systems: Design, launch, and test top-of-funnel and conversion experiments. Help operationalize the things that work.
- Business systems: Automate and optimize refund and dispute processes. Create new systems for optimizing customer support. Automate financials and KPI reporting.
Required Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years experience in consulting, banking, or strategy roles
- You want to work in a fast-paced environment and own your work end-to-end
- You like to jump in to learning new things and solving challenging problems
- You can make pretty slides (actually important for us!)
- Experimentation mindset and comfort operating in an ambiguous environment
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building 0 to 1 processes in high-growth startups
- Background in operations, analytics, or strategy consulting
