As a Front Desk Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, gaining valuable experience in a professional financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors professionally in-office.
- Answer and route phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with scheduling client appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, including client documents.
- Support the team with light administrative tasks as needed (data entry, correspondence).
- Coordinate with staff for office operations and client meetings.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college/university in Central Florida (or nearby).
- Professional, courteous, and reliable demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, MS Office).
- Availability for a mix of in-office and remote work (15 hours/week).
