Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist Intern – Jacobwise & Co (Hybrid – Central Florida)

Hours: 15 hours/week 

Work Setup: Hybrid (Remote + In-Office) 

Location: Central Florida (onsite + remote flexibility)

As a Front Desk Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, gaining valuable experience in a professional financial services environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors professionally in-office.
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with scheduling client appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, including client documents.
  • Support the team with light administrative tasks as needed (data entry, correspondence).
  • Coordinate with staff for office operations and client meetings.

 

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college/university in Central Florida (or nearby).
  • Professional, courteous, and reliable demeanor.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, MS Office).
  • Availability for a mix of in-office and remote work (15 hours/week).
