KCA Semester Internship

The KCA Semester Internship offers college students a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in association management, communications, government affairs, workforce development, and construction industry initiatives. Interns will support real projects that impact contractors and the broader Pennsylvania construction community. Here are some key responsibilities that may vary depending on the applicant. Assist with planning and supporting KCA workforce development initiatives, support government affairs and advocacy efforts, help develop content for newsletters, social media, and website updates, contribute to event planning and logistics for KCA events, and provide support to KCA construction company members as needed.
