About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable professional to join our team as a Healthcare Technology Analyst. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, have strong analytical skills, and are eager to learn and grow within the healthcare domain. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage data-driven projects, and present insights to executive leadership.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver technology-driven solutions.
  • Analyze and curate healthcare-related data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to executive stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across projects.
  • Learn and apply healthcare concepts, workflows, and technologies effectively.
     

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technological Capability: Comfortable working with digital tools, data platforms, and healthcare technologies.
  • Ability to Learn Healthcare: Strong willingness and aptitude to understand healthcare systems and processes.
  • Analytical Thinking: Skilled in problem-solving and data interpretation.
     

Preferred Experience

  • Background in life sciences, biology, or healthcare.
  • Experience with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) or similar healthcare technologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and curation using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior executives and managing stakeholder expectations.
