Human Resources Intern

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

We are seeking an intern to join the Human Resources department to help provide administrative and logistical support for crucial projects. This hire will get exposure to many different aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance reviews, employee data management, payroll and more. The ideal hire has prior HR experience or is passionate about human capital management. This will be a part-time temporary position. In-office presence is a mandatory and essential function of this role.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Conduct data validation and support project coordination for the SAP SuccessFactors rollout.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding and regular data quality audits for SAP Success Factors.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and other recruitment logistics.
  • Partner with the IT department to develop a SharePoint library for the Job Description Audit.
  • Support the Job Description Audit by building a skills inventory to be incorporated into SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Export prior performance reviews from Cornerstone and prepare/import them into SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Create departmental learning badges in Udemy Business.
  • Provide administrative support to the payroll team.

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Completion of, or active pursuit of, a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to be discrete and handle sensitive employee data.
