Livestream Operations Assistant

Livestream Operations Assistant (Whatnot/Tiktok Platform)

Location: Rialto, CA 92376 Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $20–$23/hr (Negotiable DOE)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Livestream Operations Assistant to support the full workflow on the Whatnot/Tiktok platform and assist other business modules as needed. This position requires working in an onsite warehouse environment, involving hands-on tasks, fast-paced operations, and physical activities such as organizing items and moving small packages. The role includes livestream support, backend operations, packing/shipping, customer messages, and a short rotation period (around 1month) among existing business modules.

Responsibilities

Before Stream

Prepare items onsite: labeling, organizing, matching, and setup

Operate Whatnot/Tiktok backend: listings, pricing, link setup, inventory updates

Prepare samples, livestream setup, and giveaways

During Stream

Assist the host and maintain pacing

Engage with viewers and answer basic questions

Update prices, mark sold items, manage inventory in real-time

Retrieve or organize items in the warehouse as needed

After Stream

Pack, label, scan, and ship orders

Respond to customer messages, handle reviews, and address feedback

Document issues and support livestream improvement

Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization

Rotation (around 1 month)

Rotation applies only to existing business modules:

Offline sales support

Livestream operations support

Traditional e-commerce platform assistance

Other Responsibilities

Adapt to daily warehouse operations and physical tasks.

Coordinate with host and warehouse team to ensure syncing between livestream, inventory, and shipping.

Manage giveaways strategically based on audience behavior and buyer profiles.

Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Must-Have

Able to work in an onsite warehouse environment (physical tasks required)

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Strong multitasking and fast-learning ability

High attention to detail, especially with labeling and order accuracy

Reliable, proactive, and responsible

Able to work full-time (8:30 AM – 5 PM)

Preferred

Experience in livestreaming, e-commerce, warehouse operations, or customer service

Familiarity with Whatnot/Tiktok or similar platforms

Ability to adapt quickly to operational workflows
