Human Resources Intern

Location: Pennsylvania (local travel required)
Compensation: PA Minimum Wage + Performance-Based Commission
Type: Internship (In-Person)

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Human Resources Intern focused on finding, vetting, and onboarding talent. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience and play a major role in building our team.

Responsibilities:

Source, identify, and screen potential candidates

Assist with posting job ads and managing applicant pipelines

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate follow-up steps

Support onboarding processes and new-hire documentation

Help maintain HR records and internal communication

Participate in local recruiting events or college outreach

Requirements:

Must be local and have reliable transportation

Ability to travel locally for recruiting or campus events

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, organized, and detail-oriented

Interest in HR, management, or organizational development
