Location: Pennsylvania (local travel required)
Compensation: PA Minimum Wage + Performance-Based Commission

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Marketing & Social Media Intern to support local outreach efforts and boost our brand presence. This is a hands-on role perfect for a college student eager to gain real-world marketing experience while directly contributing to company growth.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute local outreach campaigns

Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms

Assist with content creation (posts, photos, short videos, stories)

Track engagement metrics and make recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies and event participation

Represent the company professionally during in-person community interactions

Requirements:

Must be local to the area with reliable transportation

Ability to travel locally for outreach as needed

Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation

Self-motivated with an interest in marketing, media, or communications
