Sales Representative

We are looking for a solution-oriented person who can take their sales skills, direct marketing, and events knowledge and bring them to one of Central Illinois's fastest growing retail marketing agencies!

Meet or exceed sales objectives of an assigned retail location or promotional event by promoting and selling services through professional sales techniques, excellent customer service, and long-term customer relationships.

The Sales Representative will know how to develop and retain a quality client base through the acquisition of new business and maintaining existing customers. The Representative will have an ongoing responsibility to maintain customer relationships and servicing the customer needs. Follow up to make sure we met all their needs and collaborate with branch management to carry out the role.

  • Communicate activity and results with the Sales Manager(s) and clients.

Experience in sales or marketing related industries is preferred or knowledge of the territory.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma is required however, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate and resolve interpersonal conflict.
  • Enthusiasm to and for customers.
  • Meets commitments.
  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
  • Position requires driving so please have a valid Driver’s License with clean history.
