Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who loves creating content and understands how to grow audiences. This role supports our marketing team across CP Communications, Red House Streaming, and RHStv. You’ll help plan and create posts, assist on shoots, edit short-form videos, and keep our channels active and engaging. If you’re organized, creative, and eager to learn the world of broadcast + streaming, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and schedule quality content for social media across two accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc)
- Assist on shoots (capturing BTS, photos, vertical videos, talent clips, etc.)
- Manage daily engagement: replies, comments, messages, tag monitoring
- Track trends and brainstorm concepts for Red House Streaming, RHStv and branded content
- Maintain social media calendars and ensure deadlines are met
- Support in-house productions, event coverage, and on-site marketing needs
- Assist with basic graphic design via Canva or Adobe tools
- Provide general support for the marketing team
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience creating TikToks/Reels/Shorts (Capcut preferably)
- Solid understanding of current trends and hype
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, (Adobe: Illustrator and Photoshop a plus)
- Ability to work on-site at least 1-2 times a week and assist with live productions as needed (sometimes weekends)
- Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with brands or producing short-form content
- Background or Majoring in marketing, communications, digital media, or related fields
- Understanding of basic analytics and insights of digital platforms
- Interest in live and studio production, streaming, or broadcast technology
