Finance & Investor Relations Intern
We are seeking a motivated Finance & Investor Relations Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a college student to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, business analytics, and investor relations within a REIT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Accounting and Finance team with the preparation and analysis of financial reporting across both property and corporate levels
- Assist in reporting monthly property financials and operating performance
- Consolidate property-level rollups into corporate-level reporting models
- Prepare supporting schedules for investor statements, quarterly updates, and performance reporting
- Maintain and update financial reporting templates used for internal management and investor materials
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and consistency of data and reporting outputs
Qualifications:
- Current college student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint and financial modeling preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
