Sales & GTM at Tractian

Our Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams connect Tractian’s technology with manufacturers around the world, combining technical expertise, relationship-building and scalable sales systems to support our continued growth.

As a GTM Sales Enablement Intern, you will work directly alongside our Director of GTM Engineering – Global, supporting sales enablement initiatives, CRM operations and process efficiency projects that help our sales teams operate more effectively.

This role offers a unique blend of business, operations, and CRM experience inside a rapidly scaling tech company.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support sales enablement projects that improve team workflows and efficiency.

     
  • Assist with CRM (HubSpot) maintenance, data accuracy and reporting dashboards.

     
  • Help build and organize sales resources, playbooks and onboarding materials.

     
  • Collaborate with Sales, GTM, Marketing and Operations teams.

     
  • Assist with pipeline research, account preparation and prospect organization.

     
  • Support internal process documentation and automation efforts.


 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain lead records, contact lists and deal stages in HubSpot.

     
  • Assist with CRM data cleanup projects and reporting preparation.

     
  • Help document sales workflows and internal operating procedures.

     
  • Support onboarding of new sales hires through enablement materials.

     
  • Prepare research summaries on prospects and key accounts.

     
  • Assist in special GTM projects focused on process improvement and scalability.


 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Psychology, or a related field.

     
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

     
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards and basic reporting tools.

     
  • Interest in sales operations, customer success or revenue analytics.

     
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

     
  • Ability to work onsite or hybrid from Tractian’s Atlanta HQ.


 

Preferred

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).

     
  • Experience organizing data or supporting process workflows.

     
  • Interest in B2B sales, technical sales or business operations.

     
  • Background in student leadership or campus organizations.
