YouTube Production & Digital Media Intern (Remote)

The Blue Collar Prepper YouTube channel is seeking a reliable and motivated remote Production & Digital Media Intern to assist with content creation, livestream support, and digital organization. This internship is ideal for students studying communications, digital media, marketing, journalism, visual arts, or related fields who want hands-on experience working with a growing online media brand.

You will help prepare and organize YouTube videos, assist with livestream tasks, create simple graphics, support social media posts, and help maintain basic website content. The role begins in January 2026, offers flexible weekly hours, and includes a small monthly stipend. Academic credit may be available depending on your program’s requirements.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with YouTube uploads, titles, descriptions, and tags

Supporting livestream scheduling, descriptions, chat monitoring, and stream health

Creating basic Canva graphics, thumbnails, and social posts

Helping organize digital content, episode notes, and posting schedules

Light video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools

Updating simple website items (WordPress)

Following weekly checklists and communicating regularly

Qualifications:

Current college student in a media, communications, design, or related program

Strong interest in YouTube, content production, or digital media

Reliable and able to follow recurring tasks with attention to detail

Good written communication skills

Ability to work independently

Access to a computer and stable internet connection

Preferred (but not required):

Experience with YouTube Studio or livestream tools

Canva or graphic design basics

CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve

WordPress experience

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube posting tools

Hours: 3–8 hours per week, flexible
Location: Remote
