Restaurant Supervisory Intern
The New York Athletic Club - Travers Island is seeking motivated and enthusiastic leaders to take part in our internship program. Interns will have a primary area of focus but will have the opportunity to be involved in a rotational component to gain experience and exposure to other club departments.
Restaurant Supervisory Intern: The Restaurant Supervisory Intern is responsible for supervising the ala caret Patio Restaurant, which is the Club's most active summer dining outlet. The Intern will co-manage the operation and concentrate on the operating results in this fast-paced area, with emphasis on the quality of service offered to members of the Club. This person will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and will closely collaborate with the senior Food & Beverage Management team.
This is preferably a Junior, Senior, or Graduate, who has previously held an internship or has F&B experience.
