Job Title: Intern

Location: New York - In Office

Term: Part-time (2x days per week)

 

Based in our New York office, the role of the Intern is to offer foundational support to our New York team, with a key focus on operations and office management. You’ll be working within a fast-paced creative environment and responsible for key runner duties.

 

We’re looking for a self-starter who has an interest in movie marketing! A can-do attitude and keen eye for detail is essential, as you’ll be working on long and short term projects across our many departments. Ensuring high standards are upheld is essential.

 

You will collaborate closely with our Operations and Production teams to contribute to the continued growth of the NY office and Intermission as a whole, while gaining experiences across our other creative departments.

 

Office / Front of House / Facilities / Tech:

Ensuring the office looks tidy, presentable, and well-stocked at all times

Front-of-House duties

Daily office set up and end of day tasks, with attention to health and safety procedures

Maintaining and ordering stock (stationery, equipment, weekly food shopping etc)

Supporting facility maintenance

Office admin tasks - digital filing, answering calls, sorting post

Booking couriers for staff and equipment

Undertake any deliveries or general errands as needed

Assisting with organising company events and social occasions

Scanning documents, filing etc

Checking and distributing post and general deliveries

Logging receipts

Keeping track of tech accessory stock and assisting with purchasing

Labelling, logging, cleaning and maintaining company assets and drives

Assisting our creative departments with research, creative ideation and more!

 

 

Experiential Support:

Around assisting Operations with above Intern duties, there will be opportunities to shadow, learn from, and work with other departments
