What You’ll Be Doing As Our Entry-Level Account Manager:

  • Proactively engage with potential customers through warm leads from our clients to generate interest and close sales for AT&T products and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, ensuring a seamless enrollment process and providing initial support.
  • Become an expert on AT&T's offerings, including fiber internet, wireless plans, and TV services, effectively communicating features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Plan and execute daily sales routes to maximize efficiency and customer engagement within an assigned territory.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify and recommend the best AT&T solutions for each customer's unique requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, representing Monsoon Management and AT&T with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
  • Accurately track and report on sales activities and customer data, ensuring all information is current and compliant with company policies.
  • Actively participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning, contributing to a supportive and high-energy team environment.
  • Gather and provide valuable market insights to the management team to help refine sales strategies and adapt to market trends.


 

What You’ll Need As An Entry-Level Account Manager:

  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • A strong internal drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and personal goals.
  • The ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude in a performance-driven environment.
  • A polished and professional appearance with a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to think on your feet and address customer questions and concerns with confidence.
  • Previous experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
  • A genuine interest in technology, including smartphones, smart home devices, and internet services.
