This role assists our Creative team members by developing content to help with our social media services. This internship assists the Creative team by focusing on the development of engaging content for social  media platforms for a variety of clients.. You will have the opportunity to learn in a fast-paced agency environment and be a fundamental part of our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, write, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and Yelp.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies that align with client goals.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
  • Research current trends, hashtags, and industry best practices to optimize engagement.
  • Proofread and edit all content to ensure it is free of spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
  • Support the creation of visual content (graphics, videos, reels) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep strategies current.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Google Business Profiles, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and Yelp.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and a passion for social media trends.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
